Josh Beinhaker is one of the founding members, as well as the managing partner, of Beinhaker & Beinhaker LLC. While the firm deals with all areas of law and specializes in problem solving, Mr. Beinhaker’s practice is concentrated on commercial matters, such as business litigation, contract disputes and consumer fraud and general consumer protection matters. Mr. Beinhaker also specializes in real estate transactions of any size, landlord tenant matters, personal injury litigation and municipal court matters. Mr. Beinhaker has previous experience as a municipal prosecutor.
Prior to opening his own law firm, Mr. Beinhaker was associated with the firm of Difrancesco, Bateman, Coley, Yospin, Kunzman, Davis Lehrer, P.C. where his practice focused mostly on complex litigation and personal injury defense. Mr. Beinhaker is also a former law clerk for The Honorable Harriet Derman, Superior Court of New Jersey. Mr. Beinhaker serves on the Board of Trustees for the Morris Educational Foundation. He is an avid golfer who resides in Morristown with his wife, Marylynn, and his two children.
